Create new empty primitive items

It is now possible to insert pl items for begin, ccinclude, cleanup, code, conscalls, constructor, destructor, go, header, hinclude, method, setup and wrapup by context or edit menu.

For best results regarding the placement of the new item, the cursor should be inside the empty line between two existing pl items.

Move cursor to specific line in the editor

A Goto Line feature was added to the Primitive Source Editor. It makes navigation in large sources easier. You can use it by context or edit menu or with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+G.

Auto indenting mechanism for closing braces

The auto indenting mechanism has been improved, that is, closing braces are now moved to the column of their corresponding opening braces.
